Production Process

 

Weaving

We have 600 textile machines in our factory, in which 300 sets for FDY weaving and 300 sets for DTY. We can produce 450,000 meters per day.

 

 

 

 

 

Dyeing

We have 4 printing and dyeing lines, which can print 400,000 meters per day.

Printing

we have 10 lines for digital printing. We can make delivery in short time.

Coating

We have 7 lines for PVC coating, 8 lines for PU coating, 6 lines for PVC synthetic leathe.

Packaging

Worker are packging carefully. Plate+ plastic films. We also support custom package if you need.
