Production Process and Equipments
The production process of polyester Oxford fabric is a complex and delicate process involving multiple links, including raw material preparation, spinning and twisting, weaving, post finishing, inspection and packaging. Each stage requires strict control of process parameters and quality standards to ensure that the quality and performance of the final product reach their optimal state.

Raw material preparation
Main raw material: Polyester (polyester fiber) is the main raw material for polyester Oxford fabric. According to the different specifications and uses of the product, different fineness polyester yarns may be selected as warp and weft yarns. Pre-treatment: Pre-treatment of raw materials such as washing, drying, and shearing to remove surface impurities and stains, and achieve the required humidity and length for weaving.

Spinning and twisting

Spinning: Polyester yarn is made into yarn through spinning technology. Spinning methods may include ring spinning, air spinning, and other methods, depending on production needs and equipment conditions.
Twisting: Twisting the spun yarn to increase its strength and stability, in preparation for the subsequent weaving process.

Weaving
Weaving equipment: Polyester Oxford fabric is usually woven using a cross shuttle loom, which can form a grid like texture on the surface of the fabric, increasing the toughness and wear resistance of the Oxford fabric. Process adjustment: Adjust the density and yarn thickness of the fabric according to customer needs to obtain ideal product specifications. For example, the combination and interweaving method of warp and weft fibers can affect the performance of the final product.

Dyeing and Printing
After weaving, secondary processing such as dyeing or printing is carried out on Oxford fabric. When dyeing, soak the fabric in a dye solution to allow the dye to fully penetrate the fibers and achieve a uniform color effect. Printing is the process of printing patterns onto the surface of fabrics using templates or heat transfer printing technology.

Inspection and Packaging
Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the produced polyester Oxford fabric, including appearance inspection, size measurement, performance testing, and other aspects, to ensure that the product quality meets standards and customer needs.

Packaging and Shipping
Processing such as size cutting, product folding, and labeling according to customer requirements, and packaging with materials such as plastic film and cardboard boxes. Finally, ship the product to the customer or sales channel.
