Sample development cycle is usually one week
If you have a sample on hand, just send it to us. Our skilled technical team will analyze the original sample and create a new sample based on it. If you don't have a physical sample, just provide us with detailed specifications and the intended use of the faux leather, and we will recommend a suitable sample or make a custom solution based on the unique needs of your project.
Step 2: Order & Production Process
Ensure every detail is clear before manufacturing
Procure raw materials and check 100% of them thoroughly
Keep customers informed of production progress at all times
Normal production lead time is 15 to 25 days
Based on the samples and details (such as delivery, packaging, marking, shipping method) approved by the customer, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). After receiving a 30% deposit, we procure materials and start production and keep customers updated. We arrange quality inspection and packaging, send details for customer approval. Pre-production or bulk samples are sent to customers for final confirmation before packaging and final shipment.
Step 3: Booking and Shipping
Air and sea freight solutions are available

Comprehensive export documents carefully prepared
Delivery time is subject to final destination
After bulk production is completed, we reconfirm with customers the mode of transportation, such as air, sea, CFS, LCL, destination port, freight forwarder details, consignee information, customs code, and original documents required by customers (CO, Form A, etc.). Then, we book containers or flights for shipment and provide customers with shipping photos, bills of lading and other relevant export documents.
