400D*400D Oxford Weave Fabric

The warp and weft yarns of Oxford woven fabrics are all 400 denier coarse yarns, with large yarn diameters, a large number of fibers, and dense interweaving points. This structure enables the fabric to disperse pressure when subjected to external forces evenly, thereby enhancing the fabric's bearing capacity. The fabric has a breaking strength of 600N/5cm, much higher than ordinary textile fabrics, and can withstand greater tension and pressure without breaking easily.

The 400D*400D Oxford woven fabric is treated with PU or PVC coating to form a dense waterproof layer on the surface of the fabric. This waterproof layer can effectively block the penetration of moisture, and keep the interior dry even if the fabric is in a humid environment for a long time. After the fabric was subjected to a 5000mm hydrostatic pressure test, there was no water seepage inside, and the waterproof performance was excellent.

The warp and weft yarns of the 400D*400D Oxford woven fabric are tightly interwoven, and the connection between the fibers is strong, so that the fabric can quickly return to its original shape when subjected to external forces, and it is not easy to produce permanent deformation. After the fabric is subjected to 5% tensile deformation, it can return to its original shape, showing its good toughness.
